Working with Me

I'm a humanistic and integrative counsellor, which means that I draw on lots of different theories in my work but the relationship I build with my clients is at the heart of everything I do.

Location and Cost

I work from two locations - my home in Greenbank, Bristol and a room at Enso Healing Rooms on Gloucester Road.

I charge £50 per session.

We can decide together the number of sessions we will have, according to your needs. I would usually suggest a minimum of 6 sessions but many clients will want to continue for longer than this (some have continued working with me for years as a continuing form of self-care). We will also have regular reviews to make sure that we both agree that counselling is right for you, and that our work together is helping you.
